3 Seconds From Goal Today!
So yesterday was a pretty good time at the gym. I showed up hit the stair stepper with my sister and that kicked my butt.. seriously for 3 min. Got on the treadmill and got to it. It always feels so good that when I am almost out of breath but I thank God for being able to run/walk and helping me on my journey. Today I talked my self up to the goal of 14:40 to walk/run. I started out using 10 lb weights on each side to try and get rid of this yucky jiggle arm fat then it was off to the treadmill. I pushed myself today and used the frustration and the bad day I had and used my issues to get to where I wanted to be and I pretty much made my goal. I gave myself the benefit of the doubt since one kinda have a bum left hip and 2 was running today and decided to about choke myself on my saliva.
